We process personal data for the following purposes:

Fulfilling medical orders: manufacturing orthodontic appliances and other prosthetic work based on referrals from clinicians (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR).
Contact and enquiries: responding to questions sent via the contact form or e-mail (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
Financial settlement: issuing invoices and keeping accounting records (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation).
Marketing: if you have consented to receive our newsletter (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Categories of data processed

Depending on the purpose, we may process:

Identification data (name, surname).
Contact data (phone number, e-mail).
Health-related data (impressions, intraoral scans, X-rays — provided by the referring clinician).
Invoicing data (tax ID, business address).

4. Recipients of data

Your data may be shared only with authorised recipients:

IT and hosting service providers.
Courier companies (to deliver finished work).
Accounting office.
Partners involved in manufacturing specialist components (e.g. aligner system manufacturers) where necessary to fulfil the order.

5. Retention periods

Data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose:

Medical records: as required by law (typically 20 years).
Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired.
Sales enquiries: for the duration of correspondence and 12 months after it ends.

6. Your rights

In connection with processing of your personal data you have the right to:

Access your data and obtain a copy.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where this does not conflict with legal obligations of the controller.

I have been a dental technician since 2022 and a graduate of TEB Edukacja Kraków, and since 2024 I have been part of the Best Pick Lab team. Before this stage, I also explored prosthetics, producing Wax-up restorations.

On a daily basis, I make removable appliances such as Schwarz plates and wire appliances: TPA, Bihelix, and Quadhelix. I also design and produce aligners and convert patient impressions into STL files. I strive for my work to stand out not only through strong clinical functionality but also through exceptional aesthetics of execution.

I am passionate about yoga, mountain hiking, and personal growth. Mountains are my finest teacher of humility and mindfulness, and yoga is my way of strengthening both body and mind.

I graduated from the Medical University of Lodz, where in 2019 I completed higher studies in dental technology and obtained a master's degree. I moved straight from education to practice, finding my place in the Best Pick Lab team.

I specialize in the fabrication of removable orthodontic appliances, mainly those related to early treatment. My strong sense of aesthetics means that the greatest satisfaction comes from the precise bending of wire elements. Commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail form the foundation of my work. I enjoy challenges and continuously develop my manual skills.

I am interested in up-to-date health knowledge, which I explore by listening to podcasts and reading medical articles.

I hold a Master of Arts degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow and I am also a dental technician, a graduate of the Stanisława Leszczyńska Medical Post-Secondary School No. 1 in Krakow. I have worked as a dental technician since 2020.

At BPL, I make appliances from A to Z. We bend the wire elements of removable appliances and I also handle the acrylic work. I love decorating appliances with glitter, stickers and other accessories — after all, it is not the appliance itself that treats the teeth, but its delightful look that wins patients over. Every little Patient will confirm that. :)

Privately, I fulfill myself as an artist. In my free time, I paint large-format oil paintings which I later exhibit. I was a co-organizer of a vernissage where I presented my own work.

A graduate of TEB Edukacja Kraków and a dental technician since 2022. During my final year at school I began collaborating on zirconia work. I operated PrograMill PM7 milling machines and designed crowns, veneers, implant restorations and bridges in 3Shape. My responsibilities also included glaze-finishing full-contour restorations. After earning my professional diploma I moved into orthodontics and have stayed in this field ever since, gaining experience at Best Pick Lab.

At BPL I am responsible for the acrylic component of appliances. I also verify the correctness of the bite registration on patient models before bimaxillary appliances are fabricated. My duties include producing work for international clinicians, as well as Twin Block, Stockfish, Klammt, Doppelplatte and Fränkel appliances. I am creative and able to deliver demanding visual designs in the plates of acrylic appliances.

I enjoy a good film and good music. I am intrigued by interior architecture, the antiques market and vintage fairs. I draw inspiration from the fashion of the 1990s and the early 2000s.

After finishing general high school, I chose to grow in the medical field and I am currently studying to become a dental technician. Although I will earn the official qualification once my studies are complete, every day I devote myself to refining my craft and learning the ins and outs of modern orthodontics. I have been part of the BPL team since 2025 — this is where classroom theory meets practice at the highest level.

My day-to-day work focuses above all on the precise finishing of acrylic in both removable and cemented appliances. On top of that, I handle the entire process of producing orthodontic appliances such as the Marco Rosa and the Hyrax. The greatest joy and motivation for me comes from the satisfaction of the final result — the moment raw materials turn into a finished, refined appliance gives me the confidence that I am delivering work of the highest quality to the patient.

I love traveling and exploring. New places and cultures are a huge source of inspiration for me, and getting to know the world gives me tremendous fulfilment, helping me keep the inner balance and energy I bring to my work at BPL every day. I am someone who values balance above all. On one hand, I love spending time actively; on the other, I happily recharge at home, catching up on my favourite series. I am also passionate about editing graphic and multimedia material, which lets me express myself creatively outside the lab as well. And in my free moments, I gladly pick up a pencil – drawing helps me hone my eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, which translates directly into the precision with which I craft every appliance.

I graduated from the Krakow Medical Post-Secondary School as a dental technician. I took my first professional steps in prosthetics, but I found true job satisfaction when I discovered the world of orthodontics.

At Best Pick Lab, I am responsible for wire bending and appliance finishing. I have experience with acrylic relaxation splints. I perform my work with great passion and commitment, and I systematically expand my knowledge and skills by taking part in professional orthodontic-technology training.

In my free time, I develop my passions related to sport and tourism. I exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I completed my professional education at the Post-Secondary School in Rzeszow, graduating with distinction in 2021. Earlier, during my secondary education, I attended the Art High School in Zakopane, where I developed my manual skills. While studying dental technology, I also worked in a prosthetics laboratory in CAD/CAM and ceramics roles. Since 2023, I have been part of Best Pick Lab, where I have continued to grow in modern orthodontics.

At BPL, I carry out prosthetic work, aligners, and removable appliances at the acrylic finishing stage. I also work in a digital environment using software such as Exocad and 3Shape. I have hands-on experience in 3D printing and design.

I am the mother of energetic Leon, who is my greatest joy. I am passionate about ceramics, both in prosthetics and utility ceramics, as well as many other forms of manual work and physical activity, especially outdoors.

I graduated in dental technology from EFFEKT Medical School in Katowice in 2023, but I have been gaining professional experience in orthodontics since 2018. I have been connected with Best Pick Lab from the very beginning, and this is where I discovered the intricacies of this profession.

I specialize in the processing of orthodontic models, preparing them with great care for the subsequent stages of work. It is a highly responsible role that has a direct impact on the final fit of each appliance. In the model production process I make full use of the potential of 3D printing technology, which meaningfully increases the precision with which our appliances are manufactured. My responsibilities also include the acrylic part of orthodontic appliances. I take great care over accuracy of execution and polishing, so that each piece of work complies with the orthodontist's specifications.

After work I fulfill myself as a wife and mother. I most enjoy spending my free time on hiking trips, valuing contact with nature and active rest. I am also a talented pastry chef.

I am a dental technician and a graduate of the Stanisława Leszczyńska Medical Post-Secondary School in Kraków. I have been with Best Pick Lab since 2018, and it was my first position as a dental technician. From the very beginning of my professional career, I have been making various types of orthodontic appliances, and precise manual work is what brings me the greatest satisfaction.

My position involves bending appliances in the early treatment category. I also have experience making Hyrax, GMD, and other soldered constructions. In my work, I value professional growth and precision.

In my personal life, I am a wife and mother of two children. In my free time, I prioritize calm and balance. I most enjoy spending it with my family outdoors, delighting in nature, play, and shared moments.

My educational background is in Bioinformatics and Dental Technology. I have been working in the profession since 2023. During this time, I have gained experience in producing orthodontic work and in using modern technologies applied in dental laboratories. I am particularly interested in the development of digital orthodontics and the use of advanced manufacturing methods for metal components. I consistently strive to develop my skills and expand my knowledge, as I am committed to delivering work of the highest quality, precision, and attention to detail.

At BPL, I create orthodontic work using SLM laser sintering technology. I treat CAD system design as a preparatory stage for the core production process — metal printing. I create orthodontic constructions, ensuring their accuracy, durability, and proper fit. I produce, among others, Hyrax, GMD, mini-implant appliances, and whitening trays. In my work, I am also responsible for 3D printing and resin model production. The greatest satisfaction comes from working with cutting-edge solutions and being able to have a real impact on the quality of orthodontic treatment through precise craftsmanship. My goal is to continue developing in this direction and to create work that will be recognized and associated with high quality in the dental technician community.

I am interested in automotive topics and modern technologies. I am also fascinated by the cosmos — particularly phenomena such as black holes, pulsars, and stellar processes. I enjoy watching popular science content. I also work on developing my language skills, especially in English. I value time spent with loved ones and activities that require accuracy, patience, and focus.

I am a graduate of the TEB Edukacja branch in Kraków, specializing in dental technology. Since 2023, I have been developing my professional career at Best Pick Lab, where I pursue my passion for orthodontics.

I specialize in making removable appliances in the early treatment category, both for Polish orthodontists and international markets, ensuring the highest precision on every project. In 2025, I completed an internship in Australia under dental technician Enrico Di Giovanni, at A Point Dental Lab.

Outside the laboratory, I prioritize movement and freedom, which is why I spend every free moment cycling or planning my next trip. I believe that attention to detail in orthodontics and perseverance on the trail are qualities that complement each other perfectly.

I am a graduate in architectural technology and administration, where I developed strong organisational skills and attention to detail. I have been applying these skills at BPL since 2022 in the customer service role.

At Best Pick Lab, I handle the coordination of workflow, quality control of finished appliances, and finances. In my daily work, I also answer calls, pass on necessary information to doctors, and aim to quickly find the best solutions when challenging logistics situations arise.

After work, I love spending time in nature, developing my passion for photography, and enjoying moments with my family. This is my way of resting and recharging, so that the next day I can approach work with fresh enthusiasm.
